On arrival please park on the drive, close the gates and make yourself comfortable in your caravan

4.

A welcome pack with instructions and contact details can be found in the lodge. I am in the farmhouse and available if needed

We hope that you love stay at Howgill Farm. To check out please leave keys and send me a message to let me know that you have departed

 Check in and out

  • Check in is from 3 PM until 6 PM if you need to check in outside of these times please let me know and this can usually be arranged

  • Check out is by 10 AM. We have had to change this from 11 AM due to extra time required for deep cleaning. If you would like a later check out time I may be able to arrange this please just ask

  • Check in and check out are currently contact free respecting social distance rules

  • Parking for one car per lodge is provided but we do have additional space if required

Pets

​​

  • Dogs are welcome at Howgill

  • A one time fee of £10 per dog per stay will apply to account for extra cleaning requirements and is passed directly to our housekeeper payable on departure

  • Pets are not permitted in bedrooms or on soft furnishings

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead on the lawn

Children

​

  • We welcome children of all ages 

  • Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times

  • Simons seat and Fell view both have two small single beds perfect for children and younger adults. Wharfe view has one single bed

  • We do not provide a travel cot

​

 

What to bring with you and what we provide

​

  • Bed linen, bath mat, hand towel, toilet roll and tea towels are provided

  • Please bring your own towels

  • Bring any food, snacks and drinks and milk. The 'local' shop is a 10 minute drive and the nearest supermarket is in Skipton a 20 minute drive away

  • Tea, instant coffee and sugar is provided

  • Basics such as salt/pepper, cooking oil and ketchup are provided. 

  • We have plenty of undercover barn storage space for bikes and sporting equipment

  • Bring login details for your Netflix, Amazon etc to use the SMART TV

  • Each van has a filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave,gas oven/grill, gas 4 burner hob and fridge

  • The lounge has an electric fire and the bedrooms/bathroom have electric heaters

  • Takeaways do not deliver to Howgill

In extreme circumstances  we reserve the right to charge for any damage caused during your stay.

 

Each van sleeps a maximum of four people (Fell view three people) with a standard double size bed and two or one small single. Perfect for a couple with children or two friends for example.

 

If you are looking to stay as two couples we very much advise that two caravans are booked so that you both get a double bed
